Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of nexradesign.com and any Nexra dashboards, APIs, or loaders we operate. Read them before signing up — by creating an account you're agreeing to them.
Acceptance
By using nexradesign.com (the "Service") or signing up for a Nexra account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. Accounts for businesses you don't own or work for will be closed.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. One person per account; sharing logins is not allowed on paid plans with seat limits.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you won't use Nexra for anything illegal, abusive, infringing, or malicious. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; existing renewals during that window keep the old price.
Your content
You own the content you upload (copy, images, brand assets, customer data). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content so the Service can do its job — render your website, send your emails, and so on. We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We perform maintenance, fix bugs, and occasionally roll out breaking changes with advance notice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Termination
You can close your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. If we close your account for a policy violation, no refund is owed. You can request an export of your data within 30 days of closure.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
